- As early as the second century, altar servers have assisted the priests and deacons during Mass, Stations of the Cross, and other liturgical ceremonies so that they can be conducted with grace and reverence. In addition to the adults who help with this special ministry at daily Mass, funerals, and other occasions, we want to develop a core group of children and teens who the Lord is calling to participate more closely at the altar for weekend liturgies and other solemn times.
  Requirements to be an altar server:
        -Be a registered parishioner and attend Mass regularly
        -Have been baptized and received First Holy Communion
        -Be in the fourth grade or older and able to carry out their responsibilities
        -Enrolled in the Faith Formation Program or attend a Catholic School
  
  Please complete this form to start the process of your child becoming an altar server in our parish. Training will be provided.
